We just recently begun Q2 of the year and a lot has already happened... both good and bad, and a lot more will happen in the coming days, weeks and months of the year.
With this post it is my mission to help motivate you to get back on the right track and to make sure you do everything in your power, and beyond, to make this year a success. (whatever success might be to you).
Profits. Lessons. Failures. Physical changes. Special moments. Career successes. Personal growth and so much more will happen in 2019, but we must remember that if any of the above will become a reality we must take responsibility, complete responsibility.
Right now I believe is a crucial time of the year to give ourselves a kick in the butt and really start pushing to achieve something extraordinary in the 4 most important aspects of our lives:

I've dotted down a few things you can do everyday to help make this year the best year... and best of all.... each of these points will not take more than 10 minutes a day to complete.
But they can make you more productive, happier, and healthier. - And that is the epitome to longevity in success.
YOUR BIG WHY
In December of 2018 I started writing down my daily why twice a day, in the beginning it had a profound effect on my thinking but slowly the desired died down and I didnt think about it much as I wrote it in the morning and evening... so I decided to add a little of NLP to the mix by visualizing the outcome of the WHY, basically living it in my mindseye.
This is a technique called "Future Pacing", it is where you envision using your imagination the possession of the goal, plan, vision etc... and that is when the BIG BANG occured... my motivation rose to insane levels and whenever I faced a setback I just focused on the future and did everything I needed to do to get closer to the "BIG WHY".
The big why is something that is beyond your goals, it is a LIFESTYLE you want... the kind of life you want to live, and by seeing it in my minds eye I get to not only get the motivation, but I get to look back and see everything I needed to do to achieve the "Big Why".
You really need about 2-3 minutes to do this daily, but it will help set you on the path to success.
The basic idea is to go to December 31st 2019, and picture where you want to be, how you want to feel... and if you need a kick in the pants, envision the opposite of what you want... living the shitty life, being poor, unsuccessful.. yet another year of losses from trading... etc, etc.
Do this, it will change your life.
At the same time I do the "big why" I also write down my quartely goals, the things I really want to achieve and know I can achieve within a quarter if I just add enough time and effort to it.
Now, with goals it is essential that we apply the 10x Rule, meaning whatever you want to achieve you need to increase it by 10x, but always remembering the TIME it will take to achieve the goal and the EFFORT required. - Because these two times (time & effort) are the two things everyone underestimates.
You need to write your quarterly goals down twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, then apply the same future pacing formula, where you envision the goal being achieved before you even get it.
Remember, this "stuff" has the potential to COMPLETELY change your life for the BETTER! SO DO IT!!!!!!!!
There is nothing more valuable in this world or our lives than good health, so start taking care of yourself... I workout for about 15 minutes in the morning and 15 mins at night, on the weekends I double up but it helps me wake up and keep me in shape... more importantly it helps me think better.
In just a short time these little workouts will add up and you will feel better, healthier and stronger. - They are worth it!
I'm no guru, I simply go to youtube and search for "5 minute guided meditation", and I do that almost every single day.
You'll learn the value of this when you try it.
No one will come to your house or your place of work and achieve your goals for you or make your life better... that is the KEY POINT.
It is up to you to chase happiness, chase freedom... chase success and wealth. - It will always be up to you so GET UP AND GO!
